يهدف هذا الاستبيان إلى مساعدتك في تحديد ساعة جسمك الحيوية أو البيولوجية،

 فهل أنت من "طيور الصباح" الذين يكونون في قمة نشاطهم ووعيهم في الصباح

أم أنت من "طيور المساء" الذين يكونون في قمة نشاطهم في المساء ويفضلون نوم الصباح

أم أنك في الوسط بين الفريقين
