Anisocytosis: Variation in size
Poikilocytosis: Variation in shape

What are the inclusion bodies?
How many inclusion bodies can be seen inside the RBCs?

A.1.inclusion bodies are nuclear or cytoplasmic aggregates of
     stainable substances, usually proteins.

A.2. Normally a red blood cell does not contain inclusions in the
cytoplasm. However, it may be seen because of certain
       hematologic disorders.

There are three kinds of erythrocyte inclusions:

 1.Developmental Organelles:

      A-Howell-Jolly bodies.
      B-Basophilic stipplings.
      C-Pappenheimer bodies.
      D-Polychromatophilic red cells.
      E-Cabot Rings.

2.Abnormal Hemoglobin Precipitation:

      A-Heinz bodies.
      B-Hemoglobin H Inclusions.

3.Protozoan Inclusion:

      A-Malaria.
      B-Babesia.
