Caafimaadka ilkuhu waa shay muhiim ah. Ilka caddays qurxoon iyo neefta udgooni waxay kordhiyaan dareenka wanaagsan iyo kalsoonida qofka. Caafimaadka afka iyo ilkuhu waxay saameeyn ku leeyihiin caafimaadka qofka oo dhan.
Ujeeddada tilmaan bixiyahani waa inuu wax kaaga sheego daryeelka afka iyo ilkaha. Wixii faahfaahin dheeraad ah waxaa wanaagsan in aad weydiiso qoraalka ka dib.

• Harraadkaaga (oonkaaga) biyo u cab.
