Hurdo la'aantu waxay ka timid dhibaatooyinka la xiriiro hurdada, waxaana lagu gartaa in qofka oo hurdo ku soo dhici karin ama hurdada ku raagi karin.
Dadka qaar oo ka sheegto hurdo xumada waxay kaloo dareemaan daal iyo tabardarri markii ay soo toosaan subaxii ama haddii ay ka soo toosaan habeenkii kuma laaban karaan ama waqti hore oo qofka hurdada ka dhamaato.

Noocyada hurdo la'aanta:

  • Welwel iyo diiqo joogto ah

  • Maalintii oo shaqada ama iskuulka lagu hurdoodo
  • Daal guud
  • Kacsanaan iyo xanaaq
  • Hilmaan badan iyo fahmi yari
