Length of Contract: 6 months, as soon as possible

General objective and Responsibilities: The program manager will be responsible for implementation/improvement and monitoring of the "care practice” in the nutrition program and team supervision. In addition, the program manager will be responsible for analysis and monitoring of psychosocial needs in Dollo Ado. He/she will work closely with the other program managers (nutrition) and PM psychologist BFT:

Implementation/monitoring of Care practices in OTP program: Implement care practices activities in OTP program in collaboration with nutrition team, Ensure monitoring of activities, working closely with the nutrition team. Ensure the consistency and relevance of proposed activities, Participate in the proposal and improvement of new tools for program monitoring, Collect and analyze the care practices and psychosocial data, ensuring the quality of the data collected. Readjust the program based on the results and the context closely with the nutrition team. Propose and implement program improvements based on the context.
Management of the project team: Recruit psychosocial personnel (psychosocial workers), Ensure initial and on-going training of psychosocial staff on psychosocial activities,…
Coordination: Coordinate activities closely with the nutrition team. Coordinate activities with the various actors present in the field (health facilities, NGOs ...). Coordinate and share information gathered with other nutritional program managers but also other ACF activity areas in food security and water and sanitation,…

Qualification and previous experience: Psychologist or psychiatrist. Two years’ experience as a psychologist and/or child psychologist is required including at least one year experience abroad. Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet). Sense of privacy, good communication, interpersonal skills, maturity. Clinical Experience, humanitarian experience, skills in project management and training - experience in team management. Good stress management, ability to adapt to a changing environment. French. Fluency in English.

Status: Volunteer status for applicants with less than 24 months of humanitarian experience - Fixed-term contract of 1 year, renewable - All expenses paid on the field: travel out/return, collective accommodation, meals and hygiene expenses - €838 of indemnities per month on your bank account + Allowance of €200 per month paid on the mission - Social benefits: Medical, life and accident insurance provided by the institution - Acquisition of 2.5 days of paid leaves per entirely worked month - Recovery time breaks of one week every 2 or 4 months depending on the mission + break allowances - Pre departure training of two weeks, at the HQ in Paris

Program Managers with at least 24 months of humanitarian experience, Coordinators and Heads of Mission - Fixed-term contract, provided by ACF according to the French labour law. - Total average yearly gross income: from 39360 € to 43860 € o Food and housing: 1000 € / month average o Per Diem : 210 € / month average o Support to the R & R costs : 110 € / month average o Transportation costs to and from the mission : 460 € / month average o Monthly gross salary ranging from 1500 € to 1875 € (Net: from 1380 € to 1725 €) depending on relevant experience (possibility to increase up to 2137 € gross (1966 € net) according to seniority and performances) - 25 days of annual paid leaves - 20 days of R & R per year (taken as recovery time breaks of one week every 2 or 4 months depending on the mission) - Social benefits: Medical, life and accident insurance provided by the institution - Accompanied position (partner, children) according to the place of assignment - Training before departure and all along the career with Action Contre la Faim.
