Nutrition Coordinator, Gedo Region, Somalia (Trócaire)

Based in Gedo Region, Somalia with frequent travel to Nairobi. One (1) year contract with possibility of extension Job Ref: 08/TSP/2013

The Role Purpose:

Reporting to the Senior Helath and Nutrition Coordinator, the position holder will be responsible for designing, overseeing and coordinating the Nutrition Programme in Gedo as well as liaising with various partners at national and regional level

Qualifications

Qualified nutritionist, Nurse with extensive experience in managing Nutrition Programmes, Further qualification Public Health, nutrition or related subject is desirable, at least two years of managing emergency nutrition programmes, demonstrated knowledge of CMAM slills in training and management. Experinence of work in Somalia context will be an added advantage.
