Dhakhatiirta khayrka badan ee is xilqaantay waxaan weydiinay 3 suaalood oo kooban.
1.Caloosha oo weynaata qofka ama naaxda sidee loo yarayn karaa?
2.Cuntadan dheelitiran ee dhakhaatiirtu sheegtaa waa maxay?
3.Qofka raba inuu buurnidia iska ilaaliyo cuntooyinka aan lagu naaxini waa kuwee sideese ugu haboon
ee qofku buurnidia ula dagaalami karaa?

Cayilka xad dhaaka ahi waa cudur. Waana marka qofka baruurta fara badani korto ee qofka culayskii noqdo xad dhaaf.
Waxa ugu wayn ee keena cayilkan cudurka ah waa qofka oo cuna cunno badan iyadoo dhaq-dhaqaaqisuna yar-yahay.

Sidee laysaga difaacaa cudurka cayilka?
• Adigoo dhaq-dhaqaaqa badiya oo lugeeya, ciyaara kubada cagta, tan gacanta ugu yaraan sedex goor todobaadkii .

• Adigoo cuna cuntooyin saxan oo khudrad u badan

Cuntooyinkaaga oo aad saxdo :
• Waxaad cuntaa khudrada macaan iyo tan la kariyo oo noocyo badan isugu jirta si jidhkaagu uga helo nafaqooyinka iyo macdanta uu u bahanyahay jidhku.
• In aad cunto cuntooyin nafaqo leh oo kala duwan.
• Yarayso cunooyika ay ka mid yihiin buskudka, baradhada shiilan, macmacaanka nac-naca subagyada kala duwan, milixda, jalatooyinka kala duwan iyo cabitaanka soodhada ah.

• Markaad cunada karinayso ha shiilin. Cunada dub, huuri, kari, foornee, ama uumatee.
