HIGHLIGHTS

• Between January and end of November 2010, a total of 7,079 weapon-related injuries were reported from three hospitals in Mogadishu.

• Almost 170 health workers in Banadir, Middle Shabelle, Galgaduud and Mudug received training on outbreak response and case management in November; 25 graduate medical doctors in Banadir were trained on burn management and emergency obstetric care
